Take a break from your Friday at Teja House with one hour of Yin Yoga & Sound Bath.

Through long-held Yin postures, we’ll slow down, relax the body and fascia, and give space for the emotions and tensions accumulated during the week to settle and integrate.

We’ll close with a sound bath to support deep relaxation, letting go and inward awareness.
