An hour of Yin Yoga with Eric Deleglise: long-held postures that slow the body down and give the tension of the week room to settle, closing with a sound bath for deep rest. It sits in the middle of the afternoon, so the co-work floor can pause for it and return after. All levels are welcome. Register on Luma to hold a place. Thursday 8 October, 15:00 to 16:00.
