A morning in four parts. Breathwork with Fabio at 8:30. Party yoga with Alcione and a pre-run stretch with Moa at 9:00. A 5 km social run at 9:30, no pressure, no competition. From 10:15 the terrace does the rest: hydration by Voltys, refuelling by OYA, drinks by MOM. Built with NOW Society, Riina, and Nordic Tigon. The yoga session runs through the Riina app, so install it before you come. The first 50 arrivals take home a gift bag. Saturday 22 august, 8:30 to 12:00.
